Results of AGM & Trading Update
Eco Buildings Group Plc, the AIM listed company is pleased to announce that at its AGM held today, all resolutions were duly passed.
AGM Trading Update
Since its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025, announced on 30 June 2026, in which revenue grew to approximately €2.4 million, the Company has continued to make good progress. Proceeds from its recent £2.35 million fundraise are being deployed into a new AI-enabled manufacturing line in Durrës, Albania, on track to become operational in Q4 2026.
Construction of the first apartment block at the Rolling Hills development in Tirana continues on schedule, having now reached second floor level, with the block expected to generate approximately €2.2 million of revenue upon completion. The Company also continues to progress its wider international strategy, including the recent launch of Eco Buildings UK and its ongoing joint venture activities in Senegal and Indonesia.
The Board confirms that trading for the current financial year remains in line with expectations.
