Result of Annual General Meeting
Nativo Resources Plc (LON: NTVO), the precious metals company with gold mining and processing interests in Peru, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, Resolutions 1 to 6, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 2 June 2026, were duly passed on a poll.
Resolution 7, relating to the proposed authority for the Company to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares, was withdrawn prior to the meeting following the Board's decision not to proceed with a share buyback programme.
