Results of Annual General Meeting
Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian renewable energy developer, advises that the Company held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") meeting earlier today and is pleased to confirm that all resolutions were duly passed.
Results of the AGM
The resolutions put to shareholders at the AGM were voted on by way of a poll, and the results were as follows:
