The Board announces that all the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed, including approval of the final dividend of 8.9p per ordinary share to be paid on 24 July 2026 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 10 July 2026 (ex-dividend date of 9 July 2026).
