RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a leading provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants seeking to rent property in the UK1 private rental sector, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting, which was held earlier today (the "AGM"), all resolutions were duly passed.
