Annual General Meeting
Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 10 September 2008 were approved by shareholders.
A quorum was not present at either of the separate class meetings of Ordinary Shareholders and C Shareholders held on 10 September 2008 and these were adjourned until 4.20 pm and 4.30 pm, respectively, on Thursday 11 September 2008, at Matrix Group Limited at One Vine Street, London W1J 0AH.
