Subject: Resolutions Passed the Shareholders at the 29th AGM held on October 16, 2026

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to the clause 5.6.9(b) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations, we are pleased to inform you that the following resolutions have been passed by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on October 16, 2026, and the same have been adopted and become effective.

RESOLVED that, minutes of Annual General Meeting of Oil & Gas Development Company Limited held on October 27, 2025 be and are hereby approved.

RESOLVED that, the Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026, as audited by the Statutory Auditors, M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants and circulated to the shareholders together with the Directors' and Auditors' Reports thereon, be and are hereby approved and adopted."

RESOLVED that, a final cash dividend of Rs 6/- per ordinary share i.e 60%, recommended by the Board of Directors (in addition to the three interim cash dividends already paid during the year) be and is hereby approved for the year ended June 30, 2026.

RESOLVED that, appointment of M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the year 2026-27 at the fee as recommended by the Board, be and is hereby approved.
