Resignation of director
Caledonian Holdings PLC (AIM: CHP), the AIM quoted investing company focused on building an integrated financial services group, announces that Chris Cooke has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The Board would like to express its thanks to Chris for his contributions to the Company.
Chris Cooke said: "Now that the initial 18 months transformation of Caledonian has been achieved, I have chosen to resign to focus on my clean energy and life science investments. I wish Jim and his team, and all shareholders, the very best as the business goes from strength to strength."
