The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 24 July 2026 at 07:00 under RNS No 4445N.
The date of allotment noted in the first paragraph has been changed from 23 July 2026 to 24 July 2026.
All other details remain unchanged.

Capricorn Energy PLC ("Capricorn" or the "Company")
Total Voting Rights
In compliance with DTR 5.6.1A, the Company notifies the market that, following the allotment of 845,313 ordinary shares on 24 July 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 71,403,652 ordinary shares of 799/122 pence each, with one voting right per share.
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 71,403,652.
The figure of 71,403,652 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
