The following amendment has been made to the 'Annual Financial Report & Notice of AGM' announcement released on 16 March 2026 at 15:08 under RNS No. 8263W
The following sentence has been included in the fourth paragraph to clarify that hard copies of the documents can be obtained free of charge: 'and in hard copy to shareholders and ADS holders, free of charge, upon request to the Company Secretariat, Smith & Nephew plc, Building 5, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YE.'
All other details remain unchanged.
