Admission to Trading of New Series of ETP Securities

The Issuer hereby confirms that, in accordance with PRM 1.5.2R, the new Series of ETP securities listed in the Schedule hereto have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 26 August 2026.

Copies of the Final Terms relating to the ETP securities described below have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The Final Terms are also available on the Issuer's website: https://leverageshares.com.
