Repayment of Senior Notes due 30 October 2026

Athens, Greece / London, United Kingdom – 30 October 2026 – METLEN PLC announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, METLEN Energy & Metals Single Member S.A. (the "Company"), has fully repaid at maturity its €500 million 2.25% Senior Notes due 30 October 2026 (the "Notes").

The repayment was effected on the scheduled maturity date through the Company's robust liquidity position, without the issuance of new debt securities to refinance the Notes.

Following repayment, the Notes will be cancelled in accordance with their terms and the applicable provisions of the relevant documentation.

The repayment underscores the Company's financial flexibility and disciplined approach to capital management, demonstrating its ability to effectively manage debt maturities through prudent liquidity planning.
