Sub: Reduction of Share Capital of Konkan LNG Limited pursuant to implementation of Hon'ble NCLT Order dated 03.06.2026

This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 10.06.2026.

 

It is informed that pursuant to the implementation of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Order dated 03.06.2026 approving the Scheme for Reduction of Equity Share Capital of Konkan LNG Limited (KLL), the consideration was remitted to GAIL (India) Limited (GAIL) and MSEB Holding Company Limited (MSEB) by KLL on 06.07.2026.

 

Accordingly, upon payment of the consideration to the respective shareholders by KLL, an aggregate of 14,81,10,440 equity shares of ₹10 each, including 7,40,55,220 equity shares held by GAIL and 7,40,55,220 equity shares held by MSEB in KLL stand cancelled and extinguished i.e. MSEB holding in KLL reduced to Nil and GAIL shareholding increased to 100% of the equity share capital of KLL.
