Redemption of 2026 ZDP Shares

Further to the announcement on 13 October 2026, UIL Finance Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company's 2026 ZDP Shares have been redeemed today. As previously announced, the capital repayment amount for the 2026 ZDP Shares is 151.50p per share.

Applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the 2026 ZDP Shares to be cancelled from the Official List and from trading on the LSE on Tuesday 3 November 2026.
