Receipt of Shareholder Requisition

The Board acknowledges the receipt of a requisition notice (the "Notice of Requisition") from Citibank NA London Branch acting as Custodian and on the instructions of Jefferies LLC which is itself acting as prime broker on behalf of Saba Capital Management L.P, requesting the convening of a general meeting to consider resolutions to remove the current board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and appoint Caroline Bault, Steven Grey, Jason Chen and Aaron Morris as new directors.

With respect to the Notice of Requisition, the Board is reviewing the Notice of Requisition and advises that Shareholders in the Company take no action and await a further announcement from the Company that will be made in due course.
