Further to the Company's announcements on 16 October 2024 and 5 September 2025, the Company has received the final instalment of deferred consideration of £500,000 pursuant to the sale of Westgate House, 26-38 Westgate, Peterborough and all completion monies in relation to the sale have been received in full.
