Purchase of Shares via Employee Benefit Trust

 

Further to the announcement made on 31 July 2026, Eurocell plc, the leading UK manufacturer and distributor of door and window products to the trade announces that it was notified on 3 August 2026 that Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited acting in its capacity as trustee of the Eurocell Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), has now acquired 100,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") at a weighted average price of 118.75 pence per Share.

 

The Shares are held in the Trust, which is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Group's employees. The Shares are held on an unallocated basis for use in satisfying both current and future awards under the Company's various share schemes from time to time. 

As at today, the Trust holds a total of 349,560 ordinary shares, equating to 0.35% of the Company's issued share capital.
