Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 15 December 2016 it purchased 37,357 of the Company's own Ordinary shares at a price of 103.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 35,672,387 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in issue.
