The Company announces that on 10 September 2026 it purchased 854,970 Ordinary Shares for cancellation. The price paid was 81.85p per Ordinary Share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 87,190,172 Ordinary Shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 87,190,172. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
