Publication of the FY2026 Sustainability Report

Responsible growth across the portfolio and increased contribution to Namibia

Andrada Mining Limited (AIM: ATM, NSX: ATM, OTCQB: ATMTF), a tin producer with a portfolio of critical minerals mining and exploration assets in Namibia, is pleased to announce the publication of its Sustainability Report (the “Report”) for the financial year ended 28 February 2026 ("FY2026").

highlights

Contribution to Namibia: direct in-country economic contribution exceeded £33.17 million.Employment and leadership: the direct workforce up 42% to 394 employees (FY2025: 277). Namibian citizens represented 98% of workforce and 88% of senior management at Uis operations.Community engagement: 208 stakeholder engagements were held and no community grievances recorded.Safety: zero work-related fatalities for the fourth consecutive year. The Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate ("TRIFR") improved by 29% to 3.61 per million hours worked (FY2025: 5.07).

Anthony Viljoen, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

“The continued growth of our operations at Uis is creating greater opportunities for economic enhancement through employment, local procurement and skills development. We are also investing in the next generation of Namibian talent through the recruitment of 11 apprentices from our local communities on the 12-month internship programme across the business. The programme helps to develop a pipeline of skills for both Andrada and the wider mining sector. Responsible practices remain fundamental to how we grow and build a resilient business across our portfolio. As we enter this next phase at Uis, our focus is on ensuring that this progress delivers lasting value for our employees, communities and all stakeholders connected to our operations.”

Creating value in Namibia

In FY2026, direct in-country economic contribution, comprising wages, royalties and procurement, exceeded £33.17 million (N$775.2 million) compared to FY2025: £31.39 million (N$731.07 million). Remuneration paid locally at Uis amounted to approximately £4.42 million (N$103.30 million) (FY2025: £4.31 million (N$100.38 million)). Importantly, Andrada recruited 126 new employees during FY2026 and appointed 11 graduates from local communities to a 12-month internship programme across a range of disciplines, building a pipeline of Namibian skills for the business and the wider sector. Two of the interns were recruited into permanent roles in the plant processing plant at Uis Mine whilst the rest of the interns were recruited by other Namibian employers. Furthermore, Andrada worked with 241 active suppliers during the year, 189 of which (78%) were Namibian businesses. Applying the World Bank mining-sector economic multiplier, the Company’s activities are estimated to have generated a further £14.13 million (N$330.2 million) through indirect economic benefits across the Namibian economy.

Currency exchange rates: FY2026 £/N$ = 23.29 & FY2025 = 23.37.

Protecting our employees and Partnering with our communities

Safety performance continued to improve as activity at the operation increased. TRIFR has decreased in each of the last three years, from 8.09 in FY2023 to 3.61 in FY2026, supported by initiatives including Visible Felt Leadership, fatigue management and robust contractor governance. One lost-time injury was recorded during the year, resulting in a Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate ("LTIFR”) of 0.60 (FY2025: zero) and remains an area of active focus. Andrada supported approximately 30 community development initiatives during FY2026, shaped by its 208 stakeholder engagements and its open-door Community Engagement Office in Uis. There were three main community initiatives during the year, namely:

Learner support:  provided meals to the Grade 7 pupils at Brandberg Primary School who were participating in extra classes in preparation for their year-end exams. Conservation support:  provided ranger uniforms, safety boots, tents, mountain bicycles, field equipment to support patrols and environmental monitoring to the Otjimboyo Conservancy in the Daures Constituency.Community water supply support: equipment was provided to the Uis Settlement Office to repair a damaged water pipeline supplying the local community.

Environmental stewardship

Water

Groundwater monitoring, hydrogeological investigations, numerical groundwater modelling and borehole test-pumping confirmed the feasibility of additional water supply sources. Approximately 101 287 m³ of low-quality non-potable pit water was reused, reducing reliance on groundwater. Total water withdrawals increased to 242 537 m³ (FY2025: 201 299 m³), while withdrawal intensity increased to 0.23 m³ per tonne of ore processed (FY2025: 0.21 m³), mainly due to increased mining and processing activity. The Company continues to engage with the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform to evaluate long-term supply solutions, including desalination. These solutions could immensely benefit the Company’s operations and surrounding communities.

Tailings

Andrada made significant progress towards alignment with GISTM. The completed work in FY2026 included an options assessment for the proposed co-disposal facility. The FY2027 priorities include formally appointing an Engineer of Record, completing further tailings-material characterisation, and progressing detailed design.

Nature and biodiversity

Biodiversity management at Uis is guided by the Company’s Biodiversity Action Plan, informed by an Ecosystem Services Assessment and a Residual Impact Assessment that established a biodiversity baseline for the mine. These studies continue to inform water stewardship, rehabilitation and closure planning. Planned next steps include finalising a Biodiversity Standard, progressing an Ecosystem Services Management Plan and evaluating Critical Habitat Assessment requirements.

Energy, emissions and waste

Total energy consumption increased to 173 251 GJ (FY2025: 134 772 GJ) and combined Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions to 18 378 tCO₂e (FY2025: 15 803 tCO₂e), driven by higher mining and processing activity. Energy intensity increased to 0.17 GJ per tonne of ore processed (FY2025: 0.14 GJ). Hazardous waste generation decreased by 26% to 42 tonnes (FY2025: 57 tonnes) and no Level 3, 4 or 5 environmental incidents were recorded.
