Publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Beauty Tech Group plc (LSE: TBTG), a global leader in the rapidly growing at-home beauty technology market, announces that the Group's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (the 'AGM Notice') has today been published on its website: https://www.thebeautytechgroup.com/results-reports-presentations.

A hard copy version of the AGM Notice will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications from today.

The Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM') will be held on Friday 19th June at 11 am at the Group's head and registered office: Suite 3F1, Glasshouse, Alderley Park, Congleton Rd, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 4ZE. Full details on how to attend the AGM are contained in the AGM Notice.
