China Construction Bank Corporation announces today that it has published a drawdown offering circular dated 8 June 2026 (the "Drawdown Offering Circular") in connection with the issuance of (i) U.S.$500,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Green Notes due 2029 (the "2029 USD Notes") by China Construction Bank Corporation Hong Kong Branch, (ii) U.S.$500,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Green Notes due 2031 (together with the 2029 USD Notes the "USD Notes") by China Construction Bank Corporation Hong Kong Branch, and (iii) CNY3,000,000,000 1.64 per cent. Senior Green Notes due 2029 (together with the USD Notes, the "Notes") by China Construction Bank Corporation London Branch under its U.S.$15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on or around 16 June 2026.

The Drawdown Offering Circular must be read and construed as one document in conjunction with the base offering circular dated 5 June 2026 in connection with the Programme, which is appended as Annex I to the Drawdown Offering Circular.
