Publication of audited accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting
AAA, the private technology holding company, whose key asset is a majority holding in the predictive AI motion insights platform, Sentiance N.V. (‘Sentiance’), publishes its delayed audited results for the year ended 31 December 2024 and gives notice of its annual general meeting.
Highlights
- AAA owned 41.4% of Sentiance at 31 December 2024. This holding has since increased to 62.1% today
- Sentiance continues to make commercial and technical progress, recently passing 750,000 monthly users
- Placing and open offer raised £3.6 million in 2024 for continued investment in Sentiance
- John Hardbattle was appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive director

Annual general meeting
The Company’s annual general meeting will be held on Thursday 15 October 2026 at 10.00 a.m. at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG.
A copy of the circular to shareholders incorporating notice of the Annual General Meeting is available on the Company’s website at www.aaacap.com and hard copies of the form of proxy or instruction (as appropriate) will be mailed to shareholders on Tuesday 22 September.
