Publication of Annual Report 2025, Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting and
NZC Pathway Progress Report 2025
Harworth Group plc announces that it has today published the following:
1. Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the Annual Report 2025); and
2. Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Harworth will also publish its NZC Pathway Progress Report for 2025 on Friday 17 April 2026.
ANNUAL REPORT 2025 AND NOTICE OF 2026 AGM
The following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:
1. Annual Report 2025;
2. Notice of 2026 AGM; and
3. Form of proxy for the 2026 AGM.
A copy of each of the above-mentioned documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Both the Annual Report 2025 and Notice of 2026 AGM can be viewed at, and downloaded from, the Company's website at www.harworthgroup.com/investors.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM will be held on Monday 18 May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Unit 1, Harworth Way, Catcliffe, Rotherham, S60 5GR.
The Notice of 2026 AGM, together with explanatory notes on the resolutions to be proposed and instructions on voting, is contained in the circular sent or made available to shareholders today.
NZC PATHWAY PROGRESS REPORT FOR 2025
The NZC Pathway Progress Report for 2025 will be published on Friday 17 April 2026.
In 2022, Harworth committed to becoming operationally NZC by 2030 and NZC for all emissions by 2040. In 2023, Harworth published for the first time its NZC Pathway Report, which outlined the steps that the Company will take to address the challenges and opportunities of decarbonisation as well as providing clear and practical guidance for the business and a framework through which its progress can be measured.
The NZC Pathway Progress Report for 2025 is Harworth's third update on progress against its NZC commitments. The report provides a summary of progress against the NZC Pathway alongside the approach the Company is taking to deliver on its NZC commitments.
