Publication of FY2025 Annual Report and Accounts,
Notice of AGM and proposed Board change
eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), an Energy-as-a-Service provider delivering energy infrastructure upgrades across multi-site portfolios with zero upfront cost for its customers, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 have today been published, together with a notice ("Notice") convening the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM").
The AGM is be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT at 11:00 am on 25 June 2026. The Notice, together with proxy forms, will also be published on the Company's website.
Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.eenergy.com.
Andrew Lawley, Chairman and non-executive director, has informed the Board that he does not wish to stand for re-election at the AGM and intends to step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM. The Board thanks Andrew for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours. John Samuel, currently non-executive director, will move to the Chairman role following the AGM.

The Group has delivered over 1,200 projects and has installed c.590,000 LEDs, improving learning environments for c.520,000 students.
