Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The Company published a prospectus on 7 October 2025, ("the Prospectus") containing an offer for subscription of up to £10 million with an overallotment facility for a further £20 million through the issue of new shares, the use of this overallotment was confirmed in an announcement made on 24 February 2026. On 16 July 2026 the Company announced that the closing date for application had been extended to 4.00pm on Monday 3 August 2026.

On 18 June 2026 the Company published its financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026 which included a full updated summary of the Company's audited financial position including that its audited net asset value as at 31 March 2026 was 41.3 pence per share. This represented a 0.7 pence per share (1.7%) increase in the net asset value of the unaudited net asset value as at 30 September 2025.

Following the publication of these financial results, the Company today publishes a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus"), which has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus.
