Proposed Director Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 15 July 2026, the Company has identified another proposed Director to join the Board of the Company. Neil Jefferey, conditional on the Resolutions being approved at the Company's AGM being held on 21 August 2026, will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment is subject to customary due diligence, and a further announcement will be made immediately following the AGM, with the necessary disclosures.

Neil Jefferey's Biography

Neil has been involved in advising and investing in businesses across sectors including software, mining, commodities, automotive finance, and international trade. His experience extends to complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and raising growth capital for expanding companies.

Known for his strategic thinking and ability to recognise long-term opportunities before they become mainstream, Neil has built an international network of investors, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and corporate partners. His commercial interests now span Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he continues to pursue opportunities in financial technology, natural resources, and international commerce.

Today, Neil focuses on creating scalable finance businesses, developing innovative lending platforms, and investing in companies with strong growth potential. His approach combines entrepreneurial vision with practical operational experience, enabling him to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and build businesses that create long-term value.
