Proposed Cancellation of Listing on The International Stock Exchange

The Board of VietNam Holding Limited today announces that it has applied to The International Stock Exchange plc in the Channel Islands ("TISE") to effect a cancellation of listing of its Ordinary USD1.00 Shares (the "Security") on TISE. This cancellation is expected to become effective on or around 28 October 2026, with at least 20 business days' notice given to security holders.

Security holders should note that VietNam Holding Limited's ordinary shares remain listed on the FCA's Official List and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Main Market").

The Board has taken this decision in light of the fact that trading in the Company's ordinary shares takes place on the Main Market and eliminating the listing on TISE will reduce the Company's ongoing costs.
