POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

The Company announces the postponement of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled for 7 August 2026.

The AGM has been postponed to 21 August 2026 whilst the Company continues discussions with the FCA to lift the suspension on trading in its securities. A number of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are connected to the proposed fundraising (further details of which are contained in the Company's AGM notice and circular dated 15 July 2026) which is conditional on both the passing of the resolutions at the AGM and the lifting of the suspension. The directors of the Company therefore consider that the postponement of the AGM is necessary whilst discussions with the FCA are concluded.

The postponed AGM will be held in person on Friday 21 August 2026 at 10:00 am, at the offices of AlbR Capital Limited, 3rd Floor, 80 Cheapside, EC2V 6EE.
