Further to its announcement on 2 July 2026, Active Energy announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 have been posted to shareholders. 

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 July 2025 at 11.30 a.m. at the offices of Blake Morgan LLP, 6 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3DJ. Details of the arrangements for the meeting are set out in the notice of annual general meeting.
