Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be posted to shareholders today.

Churchill China's 2026 AGM will take place at 12 noon on 29 May 2026 at the Company's head office, No 1 Marlborough Way, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5NZ.
