Chapel Down Group Plc announces that it has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 and accompanying Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The Annual Report, Notice of AGM, and details for voting by proxy have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. These documents are also available on the Company's website at: https://chapeldown.com/pages/results-centre
The Company's AGM is to be held at Chapel Down Winery, Small Hythe, Tenterden, Kent TN30 7NG at 10:30 a.m. on 17 June 2026.
