Posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

Quadrise (AIM:QED), the manufacturer of lower cost, lower emission, replacement fuels and biofuels for shipping and heavy industry, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy to shareholders that have elected to receive documentation in hard copy format. The documents will be available from the Company's website at www.quadrise.com shortly.

The Company’s AGM will be held at 12 noon on Friday 27 November 2026 at Eventspace at Salisbury House, 114 London Wall, London EC2M 5QD.

Following the conclusion of the AGM, the Company will give an investor presentation that will also be available via the Investor Meet Company ('IMC') platform. Shareholders can sign up to the Investor Meet Company platform via https://www.investormeetcompany.com/quadrise-plc/register-investor. Investors who have already registered will be invited automatically. Questions can be submitted pre-event via email at [email protected] or via the IMC dashboard

up until 27 November 2026 at 09:00 GMT, or at any time during the live presentation.

At the conclusion of the investor presentation, the Company will invite questions from those attending in person and will also seek to answer as many of the pre-submitted questions as possible during a live Q&A session. Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management post-event to ensure the Company can gather the views of its shareholder base.
