PHSC (AIM: PHSC), a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services and security solutions to the public and private sectors, is pleased to confirm, further to the Company's announcement of 31 July 2026, that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 which includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders and is also available on the Company's website at www.phsc.plc.uk/annual-reports/.

The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at The Old Church, 31 Rochester Road, Aylesford, Kent ME20 7PR.
