Credit Ratings Action by Fitch Ratings

 

Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the Fitch Ratings (Fitch) press release on 12 June 2026, where Fitch announced an upgrade to Investec Limited's and Investec Bank Limited's Long-Term Issue Default Ratings (IDR) to 'BB' from 'BB-', and viability ratings to 'bb' from 'bb-'. The outlooks on the long-term IDRs are stable.

 

This follows Fitch's decision to upgrade South Africa's long-term IDRs to 'BB' from 'BB-' on 5 June 2026.
