Joint Stock Company "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (the "Issuer") hereby announces the successful completion and full payment of the scheduled semi-annual coupon distributions due on 29 October 2026 for the following outstanding Notes issued under its U.S.$3,000,000,000 Guaranteed Global Medium Term Note Programme:

1. U.S.$500,000,000 4.875 per cent. Notes due 2031

· Coupon Period: From (and including) 29 April 2026 to (but excluding) 29 October 2026

· Interest Payment Date: 29 October 2026

· Total Coupon Amount Paid: U.S.$12,187,500

2. U.S.$500,000,000 5.250 per cent. Notes due 2036

· Coupon Period: From (and including) 29 April 2026 to (but excluding) 29 October 2026

· Interest Payment Date: 29 October 2026

· Total Coupon Amount Paid: U.S.$13,125,000

The total aggregate funds for both tranches have been transferred in full to the Principal Paying Agent for onwards distribution to noteholders via the clearing systems (Euroclear Bank SA/NV, Clearstream Banking S.A., and The Depository Trust Company (DTC)).

The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Joint Stock Company "Kaztemirtrans" and "KTZ-Freight Transportation" LLP.
