PageGroup rebrands as Michael Page

Further to our announcement on 16 July 2026, PageGroup plc confirms that its change of legal name to Michael Page plc is effective from today.

The rebrand reflects the decision to bring the business' services and solutions together under the Michael Page brand. For 50 years, Michael Page has been the organisation's most established and widely recognised brand and, as such, has been selected to represent the business as a whole.

The unified brand structure will maintain the business' broad range of specialist services while making it easier for clients and candidates to access expertise across its global network. The Board believes the new structure will strengthen the business' ability to meet evolving client needs and support its long-term growth.

The business' new website and updated brand can be viewed at michaelpage.co.uk, or for investors, investors.michaelpage.com.

The Michael Page plc ISIN remains GB0030232317, its SEDOL remains 3023231 and its LEI remains 213800JK5ZEQW4AB8G71.

Shareholders' rights are unaffected by the change. No new share certificates will be issued and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained. Michael Page plc will retain the stock market ticker PAGE.
