The Annual Meeting of Odfjell SE was held on May 6, 2026. All items according to the agenda dated April 13, 2026, were approved.
Election of the BoardPursuant to the Company's Articles of Association, four of the current six members of the Board were up for election at the General Meeting. Laurence Ward Odfjell, Christine R¸ds¦ther, Jannicke Nilsson and Jan Bj¸rn Kj¦rvik were re-elected as board members for a period of two years. The General Meeting also re-elected Laurence Ward Odfjell as Chair for a period of one year.Minutes from the Annual General Meeting 2026 are attached.
