The Company announces that it has been informed that Guy Hachey, Non-executive Director, purchased 18,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 11 June 2026 at a price of 449.06 pence per Share. In total, Mr Hachey holds an interest of 60,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
