Title: 12th Series JPY 50,300,000,000 1.377 per cent. Fixed Rate Reset Senior Unsecured Bonds Callable 2026 (the "Bonds")

Issue Date: 1 December 2023

Maturity Date: 1 December 2027

We hereby give notice to you that JPY 50,300,000,000 of the Bonds, being all of the outstanding principal amount of the Bonds, will be redeemed by Lloyds Banking Group plc on 1 December 2026 (the "Call Date") at an amount equal to 100% of their principal amount, together with unpaid interest accrued to and including, the Call Date. Notice is given pursuant to the Conditions of the Bonds.
