The Company was informed by Asset Value Investors Ltd on 16 July 2009 that following a sale of shares on 14 July 2009, the nominees of StateStreet, Chase, BoNY, Mellon and NorTrust are now interested in 105,581,625 shares representing 12.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
