Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company was informed on 25 June 2009 by Asset Value Investors Limited that following a disposal of shares by British Empire Securities on 24 June 2009, British Empire Securities now have a notifiable interest in 90,160,622 shares representing 10.86% of the Company's issued share capital.
Asset Value Investors Limited now has, in aggregate across all funds under its management, a voting interest in 152,033,680 ordinary shares representing 18.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
