Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company was informed by Centaurus Capital Limited on 17 July 2009 that following a purchase of Contracts for Difference on 15 July 2009, Centaurus International Risk Arbitrage Master Fund Limited deemed to be now interested in 28,770,000 shares (if the instrument is exercised or converted) representing 3.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
