NOTIFICATION OF EXCHANGE RATE FOR DIVIDEND PAYMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS LISTED ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE (LSE)

Lagos, London - April 30, 2026: Guaranty Trust Holding Company plc ("the Company") hereby confirms that the below currency exchange rate is applicable in determining the final dividend for the 2025 financial year payable to shareholders holding their shares on the LSE.

The exchange rate for the United States Dollar (USD) currency translation is ₦1,379.50/$1.

The Company refers to its earlier announcement dated March 31, 2026, in respect of the payment of dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, which indicated that dividend payable to shareholders listed on the LSE will be settled in USD.
