Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions by a Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that on 3 August 2026, Regis Schultz (CEO) and Dominic Platt (CFO), purchased ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company where dividend payments had been reinvested into shares.
The total number of shares acquired is 22,907 shares for Régis Schultz and 1,360 shares for Dominic Platt. Detailed notifications for each individual transaction are set out below.
Following this acquisition, Régis Schultz has a total interest in 2,606,994 shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company and Dominic Platt has a total interest in 143,053 shares, representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
