THIS NOTICEis addressed to the holders of the Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Notes, and the trust deed constituting the Notes dated 4 May 2023 (the "Trust Deed").

Unless the context requires otherwise, words and expressions used in this notice have the meanings and constructions ascribed to them in the master definitions and construction schedule (the "Master Definitions and Construction Schedule") dated 4 May 2023.

The Issuer notes that Lendco Limited (the "Company") has today launched a new securitisation referred to as "Atlas 2026-2". The Company has confirmed to the Issuer that it is the Company's current intention to exercise the Call Option in respect of all the Loans and Related Security in the Portfolio with settlement expected to occur on 20 October 2026 (the "Optional Purchase Completion Date").
