NOTICE TO HOLDERS

$1,250,000,000 Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Non-Preferred Notes due October 2027

(ISINs: US63861VAJ61, US63861WAJ45)

(the Notes)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Society to the holders of the Notes that, having obtained Relevant Supervisory Consent from the Prudential Regulation Authority in accordance with the Section "Preconditions to Redemption, Purchase, Substitution or Variation of Notes" of the Notes, the Society will redeem the Notes in full on 19 October 2026 (adjusted in accordance with the Interest provisions of the Notes) pursuant to the Section "Redemption at the Issuer's Option" of the Notes.

The Notes will be redeemed at their principal amount together with unpaid interest accrued to (but excluding) 18 October 2026.

Following redemption of the Notes, (i) the Notes will be cancelled and no further interest payments will be made and (ii) request will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA) for the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the FCA and the admission to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange to be cancelled.

All capitalized terms used herein and not defined shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Notes.
