GBP 1,500,000,000 Series 2022-04 Floating Rate Regulated Covered Bonds due 20 April 2026 issued pursuant to its €45,000,000,000 Covered Bond Programme

(the Bonds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Issuer to the Bondholders that on 20 April 2026 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 2022-04 Regulated Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Nationwide Building Society

€45,000,000,000 Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 2022-04 Regulated Covered Bonds, the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 2022-04 Regulated Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 2022-04 Regulated Covered Bonds with effect from 19 May 2026 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
