NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the First extraordinary General meeting in 2026 of Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will be held at conference room on the second floor of the company's office building, No. 1 Donghai Fourth Avenue, Linhai Park, Zhejiang Chemical API Base, Zhejiang Province, China, on Wednesday, 26 August 2026 at 15:00 (Beijing Time), for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolution.

Special Resolution

1. To Repurchase and Cancellation of Partial Restricted Shares Granted but not yet Unlocked to Participants

2. To Change the Registered Capital of the Company and Amend the Articles of Association

Ordinary Resolutions

3. To Appoint the 2026 Annual Auditor
