Notice of Results and Annual General Meeting

Time Finance plc, the AIM listed specialist finance provider, confirms key dates for the remainder of the Group’s 2026 financial calendar.

Notice of Final Audited Results

The Group will publish its audited final FY 2025/26 annual results and accompanying Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 May 2026 on Thursday 5 November 2026.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company is also proposing to hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday 30 November 2026. The notice convening the AGM will be published in due course.
